Return Material Authorization (RMA) / Restocking Policy

 

If you wish to return any product(s) for CREDIT, please contact customer support @ 714-634-8448 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns must have a RMA number on all return packaging, to insure proper credit processing.

Please utilize the original shipping container when returning merchandise. If original packaging is no longer available, merchandise must be packaged properly so it can be returned in the same condition originally sold.

Restocking Charges:

Product returns are subject to a minimum “RESTOCKING FEE” of $30.00 (thirty dollars) or 20% of the original purchase price (which ever is greater), plus freight costs.

Important Reminder:

All returns for credit will be inspected and merchandise evaluated, prior to credit being issued. Credit will not be issued for any of the following reasons:

If returned item(s) are not received within 30 days of purchase date.

If there is not a valid RMA number.

Damage due to miss-handling or improper installation/use.

Damage due to shipping.

If merchandise is not received in original condition sold, i.e. defects, missing components or parts.

Any Consumables - Toner Cartridges, Ink Cartridges, Ribbons, Developer Units, Fuser Units, Print Bands, Manuals, Video Tapes.

New printers or merchandise purchased under Special Order Agreement.

If product was not originally purchased from The Printer Place / Consultex Inc.
